Remember, relaxing looks different for each and every person so do what feels right for you!

  1. Go outside! Get a breath of fresh air

  4. Eat a snack

  5. Make a cup of tea/coffee

  6. Pet your furry friend

  7. Go on a walk

  8. Stretch

  9. Light a candle

  10. Write out a few words to describe your day
