  • Yes, I am in network with Aetna, Cigna, Blue Cross and Blue Shield.

    I am also an out-of-network provider. If you choose self-pay, I can provide a monthly invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

  • In our first session, we’ll discuss your background to gain a clear understanding of your history and experiences. In the following sessions, we’ll work together to set personalized goals and design a treatment plan tailored to you.

  • I use a HIPAA-compliant platform that ensures our video sessions are secure, private, and meet confidentiality standards.

  • I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for non-emergency cancellations. Cancellations made within this window may incur a cancellation fee, except in cases of illness or emergencies. As a courtesy, each client is granted one free short-notice cancellation.

  • Not at the moment. I am available virtually and I provide openings for walk and talk sessions in the Marietta/Smyrna area.

  • I currently offer individual therapy only. At times, a family member or partner may join sessions if it supports your treatment needs. However, I do not serve as a primary couples or family therapist. If ongoing couples or family therapy is needed, I can provide referrals for additional support.
