How to set up your space for Tele-Therapy!

Privacy. Privacy. Privacy.

Let’s create a safe space for you to begin your virtual sessions.

  1. Make sure you are alone. Your privacy is important!

  2. Find a quiet space / room

  3. Use headphones. This increases focus and minimizes noises outside your room.

  4. Use sound machines outside your room (“white noise” machine, fan, a speaker playing “white noise”). This offers more privacy in your space as it dims out the noise in the room so others on the outside can’t hear.

  5. Send reminder messages to your roommates, friends, family that you are in a meeting!
